ABOUT THE ARTIST

Roger's love for the sea has inspired his marine life designs. His passion for fishing and his love of dolphins and other marine mammals brought him to the Florida Keys. He and his wife Terri started vacationing in Florida but that wasn't enough; they had to move closer to the ocean and the sun. Now they reside in Key Largo. Roger and Terri spend much time on the water observing dolphins, sea turtles, manatees or whatever comes their way. They also enjoy deep-sea fishing, scuba diving and snorkeling. They are involved with organizations such as the Manatee Rescue Team, Dolphin Research Center and Island Dolphin Care (dolphin/human therapy). They enjoy helping marinelife and people

Roger's jewelry designs are original handcrafted pieces of art. We specialize in designs made with the larimar stone, signature dolphin flukes, nature and marine life. All our jewelry is made by the lost wax method of casting. We offer most of our designs in 14K yellow gold, 18K white and sterling silver. We use the finest materials including high-energy larimar.

ABOUT LARIMAR

The Larimar Gem Stone is a Jewel of the Caribbean. It is only found in the Dominican Republic and is the only gem stone of the Caribbean. Shades of color will vary from rich deep blue to sky blue tones with white or even shades of green. It’s reminiscent of the sun light playing on the ocean. Also, many of the larger gemstones have what appears to be an angel in them.
